I know a lot of people who m do that type of land deals. If you can get land that's already developed and ready to go for a milder they'll pay you premium. I just see myself more like, you know, passively inbesting and racing capital. Ande going to get this tax right off.
On today’s podcast I had Rubi Tinoco on. Rubi is a house flipper out of Charleston, South Carolina! She did over a million dollars last year, and she has a really cool story about coming up. She actually bought a $50,000 coaching program which she did not have the money for! It’s cool to hear why she took that risk and how she got her husband on board with supporting her on that risk. After that, she obviously became very successful in real estate investing. She talked about the struggles of doing everything herself and what it was like realizing she needed systems and processes and just learning how to build a team on the fly. We also talk about the power of social media! We discussed what it’s like being an entrepreneur and doing different side hustles. I found out she was doing the couch flipping game in a very different way than how I was doing it. If you’re into any kind of side hustle, entrepreneurial journey, real estate investing, or if you’re having a tough time getting your spouse to support you, I think this podcast will be very good for you!
