How Airbnb's Product Process Changed Over Time
In the early days, if I remember back, we were really adverse to hiring two seniors too soon. That was something we would often say to each other. If I could go back, I would have changed that. It's okay to hire senior even in the early stages of the business. We want to refocus our core offering on what we didn't do before.
