Is There a Realistic Way to Measure Counterterrorism Defenses?
Is there really any realistic way to figure out contributing factors and how an or how important the target strikes were? It's really difficult. There are a couple of statistical studies that aren't structured ideally to do that, but they do include variables that attempt to measure counterterrorism ses. We're where we can get some insight, though, is on the effect of strikes in locations where they occur.
