Is China a Cold War Liberal Order?

For many f the democratic party, i think it's that cold war liberal order that's been the organizing, sort of central lod star of the party for four decades. And what you don't have is a proper reckoning with the idea that unit polarity was neither good for the us nor the world. We're just loath to give up the idea of american global exceptionalism and leadership.
