Leadership Culture

A, so it culture is a word we toss around, right? We know that it's important. And when you talked about also, you know, looking at the work place as a place of nourishment for for employees. What does that really look like? What does it look like to nourish and employ and create an environment for that? Why then, i think it's things. I think one, belonging is really important. Rights who keep people feel like they belong to something,. They're contributing to something larger than themselves. So there's this alignment, ik, i'm contributing to the mish, right? It comes down to leadershipcommunication and consistent cy around performance management.
