Dawn and Dawn's Statements in the Investigation of Julie Keys's Disappearance
Dawn and Julie's mother were certain that Julie had traveled, on her own, to their former home in Coos Bay, Oregon. Dawn has remained either a person of interest or the primary suspect throughout the 24-year investigation. The under sheriff told reporters earlier this year that they haven't been able to clear Dawn but are keeping their minds open to other possibilities. Sharry has begun telling reporters that she's convinced he's responsible for Julie's death.
