How Does a Customer Service System Get Smarter?

Remember the good old days when branding was what the company, and its advertising agency, decided it was? Well, content is not what it used to be. Everything that refers to the company is content nowadays, and governing it is a big challenge. 

When every written or spoken thing is content, marketing, and branding, and keeping track of the script gets scary, who are you gonna call? AI?

Sure, Artificial Intelligence can help; also, it cannot. It can understand the language, but that doesn’t make it a writer. A bot can have a decent chat, but that doesn’t make it human.
