Scooter Cables Are Like Grabby Arms
The obelisk is made from cables that are attached to each planet. The planets could communicate with the obelisk and use it as a way of rebalancing things on their own worlds. But they were also able to move stuff back and forth in space using these cables. This sounds like a level of delusion, but every time I've come to see you, we've been stuck, uh, in the grips of a delusion or like school. Scooter did make some sort of pun? No, oh, wow, the Obelisk can control themselves now.
