Is the $20 Bill on the Floor a Chip?

If you see a $20 bill on the floor, is that the same thing or what if it's say a chip? Is that the same as if it was in a slot machine? The answer to both questions would be yes. As to the chip itself, that is the property of the casino by law in Nevada. And unless the casino can show a law that says that you have to give them back their chip and I don't think one exists, you continue to be entitled to possess it.
