What Are the Minimum Engineering Skills?

So what we did, and this is am, i don't kno thathis is the best proach, but so far it seems like people are happier with it. Is we've first kined tofind what were the minimum bible enjuring skills, at injuring skills that they actually needed. Am, and it kind of comes down till i get, so being able to right python cot reasonably well. And we've done workshops and how to write tests. We've recorded it. We put it up on a nice confluence page. Um, what else? Being able to workwith the tools that we have in house were reasonably well, and work with othr teams
