When the regime fell and when albania was declared a multipacty state, there was officially formerly democracy. But i didn't have access to any of this as a child. I ihad access to what i was led to believe about the system. And very only after the fall of the system did i learn that when they talked about universities, what they actually meant where people had been sent to prison.
