This is a terrible time to be telling taxpayers in the industrialized world that they are going to have to accept fronting up and paying for this massive adaptation program. So there are 500 million smallholder farmers in the world. So these solutions from Makwini needs to be brought to the rest of Africa, in fact, to the other parts of the world.
