Leadership - The First Thing I Love

The first thing that i lead with every single day a hug and telling im i loveim. It's about building enough trust that when you tell them to go out past that safe breakwater harbor, past the horizon,. When they're scared and they don't know what the outcome's going to be, but they have enough faith in you that they go beyond what they originally thought possible. And how does that happen? Well, it starts every morning for me  with giving em a hug, telling em i love em, and then telling them, go push yourself a little harder to day, whatever it is.
