The Ark for Lena
"Oras" is about an alien life force that lands on earth, and then lena goes in and she destroys it. She saves earth from this expanding shimmer, and she reunites with her husband,. And like, there you go. That's the hero's journey. Butyee: The film doesn't really go too deep into its subject material, especially on the second viewing. "I don't know what it is," says writer-director Alex Garland of Oras' story. 'It presents a lot of ideas as you open the door.'
