Nicholas Jackson is a winger who can also play as a mobile nine. I think it's just up to Pochettino to mold him into the kind of striker that he sees fit. It does look like he will require coaching, especially in terms of his decisions inside the box. He's also got a fair bit of folder play for somebody who's not very good in the air. Good burst of pace, but I think he will need developing.
