Antimicrobial Therapy for Men With Feverly Urinary Tract Infection

The paper was because there's a lot of antimicrobial questions about how short can we give antibiotic therapy. And I didn't know this, but 20, 20% of all UTIs occur in men. But if they have febrile UTIs or PILO, shorter courses like seven days is reasonable. It seems like there have been some trials in the past where they've done post-talk analysis of subgroups of men with UTIs that showed no significant difference between seven and 14 days of antibiotic therapy.
