You'll lose $10 per transaction, but you'll do a trillion in revenues in year one. Maybe you show it, add everyone who walks into the store, and you break even. User growth will be on the order of 1,000% a month, a billion users. Go public and let someone else worry about a competitor selling $100 bills for $85
