Psychedelic Experiences - What Are the Future Frontiers?

I'm cautiously optimistic, but i have a lot of worries as well. Do you have any sense of what some of the future psychodelics that may be studied more? D m t and five m e o are both substances that have acute effects that are much shorter. Whether these briefer experiences are capable of inducing things like narrow plasticity on the naurobiological level, or influence brain circuits is yet to be seen.
