The Impact of Foreclosure in the St. Louis Area

We know this happens to about 50 home owners in the city of saint louis every year. Do we have a sense of how much, on average, they owe at the point they lose their homes? Yes. When we were doing our research, and i think this is amazing when energis come together, we found an average. 35 hundred dollars is the average that it takes to save a home. So that seems like such a small amount of money in the grand scheme of things. A little bit of money makes a huge difference.
