How to Be a Better Coach

With covid due to the budget restrictions I had to step back in on a lot of stuff fortunately I never let anybody go. In the past two years that's been three different coaches that I've taken back over and I'm just bored to pay more payroll right now yeah. And so Greg I think that's a situation that a lot of Jim owners around the country can resonate with and so that's that'll be an interesting path for you moving forward but certainly one that's not insurmountable.
