The new yorka ruling is going to reverberate to places like california. Justice thomas's concurrence mase, which he wrote solo, nobody joined in with. He questioned oberfelt and griswold as part of a line of cases that include the loving versus virginia case. But i didn't see anywhere in the opinion where he assiduously avoids mentioning loving.
