The Tax That Could Apply Annually to the 12 Sites That Are on the List

The tax could run to more than 2 million. If it's applied and you get to develop the land, that's going to be passed on to the house purchasers. The base cost of how new houses is going to go up. It was meant to make more land available, which is why conceptually I liked the idea. They're actually concerned about viability. They're concerned about does it work. And don't forget a pipeline, we're going to have to pay tax on the pipeline. Call it out for what it is. There needs to be a debate and discussion around how can we make it work in the way that it was intended at this moment in time.
