Are FRP Bars Used in Existing Structures?
Currently these products are mainly used in existing retrofits or retropete type structures. The benefit, or the reason why it used in existing structures is obviously a, it saves a lot of space. If you're trying to retropite with typically adding more concrete or more steel, you're adding more mass. It has, inheritantly has benefits in an existing a structure type situation. So, i mean, i see a future where it could be used more a i know f r p bars are now just got approved in using for new masonryconstruction.
