How to Tie Lead Indicators to Programs

Leading indicators should be tied to programs at all times if you want to also see those early on positive signals. So for instance like we have a weekly sheet that we're looking at in the marketing leadership meeting that's tracking how many podcasts downloads did we get last week. And so instead of measuring it against revenue results I'm measuring it against are we creating a great event. Yeah, well we're now looking into starting a podcast again we're going to tie that also to campaigns and teams were currently setting up. That's going to be something new for us that's probably not going to be reflected on in the SQLs but it's something we're investing time and we for his money
