The Liars Paradox and the Surprise Test Paradox
A paradox is something which is contradictory, or appears to be contradictory. The Liars Paradox would be the following statement: I always lie. Another similar logic paradox was put forward by the British logician Bertrand Russell called the Barbara Paradox. If there is such a thing as an immovable object, then there can't be such a things as an irresistible force - and vice versa.
