Federal-Ontario funding to cut development charges

A growing number of Canadians have given up on the idea of home ownership. Then there are those who bought what they thought was a starter condo, only now they can't unload it with plummeting condo prices. Ontario and the federal government have pledged nearly $9 billion to make building homes cheaper.
