Is it better to be doing strength work before going out and doing your longer miles, because you might be a little bit fresher and you can focus on the technique? That's a great question. If i had to pick, i'll look at the quality days and say that your quality day is going to be on a monday. Do that quality run first, ok? Then i prefer even eight hours of recovery if possible, right? But a lot of times that's really not the case. So we're going to try to get at least three or four hours, get something to eat, recover a little bit, then do your strength training.
