AI is changing the old way of doing recommendation where it was just databases and, you know, somebody was categorizing things. Instead of marketers manually creating these segmentation buckets that can very crudely lump customers together in somewhat similar ways, these intelligent systems are able to more accurately group these people together. They're finding hidden patterns within the data and helping to better identify individuals.
