I'm Glad You Brought This Case Back to the Forefront on Legal Round Table

Racial covenants are gone, but some of the informal legacy of it that keeps this community divided or are still sort of omnipresent. I feel like i've never talked so much about a case from 19 forty eight as i have in the last week. It just goes to show, you know, we the past is not dead, right? There has to be a good legal argument on that.
