Is There a Moment in the History of Computing That Is Particularly Interesting?

i got my first computer saint clairs res 81, in 19 81, when i was nine years old. In the existing over view histories of computing, there is essentially no mention whatsever of home computers or video games. I b m pc standard a intel and microsop finish up dominating it. By the late eighties, people are talking about wintell computers. Ah, but you still have that open kind of platform that was never designed to be an open platform, but it just kind of evolves. And the nineties are also the period where you have the most dramatic developments in the capabilities of personal computers.
