The Importance of Visual Language in Preaching
Jordan Peterson is so embodied and so singularly focused when he's talking about something like this, that you're going to take him seriously. Even if you might disagree with what he says later on, you believe that he believes what he's saying. And he is seeing what he's telling you to see. I'm from a preaching tradition where you can say, look down at the text with me,. And then how many donkeys are in verse eight and look down with me. It's a literary approach because where people, the word and we believe in the word, but he's saying, look, looks, look.
