Uranium - Is This a Bullish Sign?

Kamiko is looking to what appears to go full fully integrated with news that they are powering with Brookfield renewable to form a strategic partnership in acquiring Westinghouse electric company major manufacturer of nuclear energy plant material. Kamiko is out raising 650 million dollars to do that on the cover of this give me your initial thoughts and whether this makes sense. My initial thoughts are bullish for uranium and probably bearish for CCJ you know it's an odd move but if you're a broad investor in the uranium space I view this as just another particularly bullish sign given the inevitable reunification of humanity with the physics of uranium.
