Is there any precedence for this? I think it all depends if you're a very, very successful person in a particular domain. The smartest people have done really well by partnering with someone who knows what they are good at and using that to create something great. And then you see all of these very, very rich and famous sport stars losing lots and lots and lots of money because they haven't put in place the right people to filter these investments.
