The Importance of Protein in Weight Loss

There isn't this evidence to say you shouldn't be eating protein or including animal protein in your diet. And yet we do see that increased risk with the unhealthy weight consistently. The American Institute for Cancer Research is my favorite consumer friendly, public friendly resource. Even if you don't have a blood cancer, they have really great organized information about diet during and after cancer treatment.
