Is There Value in Minimums?

I see there being value in minimal numbers. I'm just kind of looking at the range itself and thinking it's ridiculous. The word on the street is that meta doing massive layoffs this week. But if having a minimum tether price is useful, I don't think it's a huge negative element. Just saves me time as a job shopper.
