Al Nagelzmann is the new manager of German champions Bayern Munich. He started out as a scout for his mentor Thomas Tukal at Augsburg. At 28, he became Hoffenheim's senior manager with a club in 17th place. The very next season, he finished fourth and went into Champions League qualifying round. A year later, he would become the youngest manager to win in the Champions League.
