CNN's Reporting on Obama and Biden Spying on the Trump Campaign

CNN recently fact checked the exact same claim that Obama and Biden spy on the Trump campaign. They wrote about it. Is there conclusion, Joe? This is comprehensively wrong. Where's the lawsuit? The answer is there shouldn't be a lawsuit. Fox doesn't want to air its dirty laundry in a court case. I think that this is the best outcome that Fox could ever have hoped for once they got themselves into this mess. And forgive me, I don't share quite Ellie's being impressed at the outcome.
