How to Use Dark Mode in Presentations
Light is probably the way to go. Even if we're talking about dark backgrounds, I would very rarely use a full-on black hex code, all zeros, background. There's an argument for just don't use that color in the slide title. You could use a very desaturated version of a much brighter version of it so that it is related in hue still. But again, make sure that the slide title is scannable and legible.
