Cravings are actually just another set of symptoms. When we crave food, we're creating an alarm bell that something is in balance and that can be either physical imbalance or social imbalance. Most of our craving, once we've figured out the basic of the diet, are actually emotional. We need to take our responsibility and healing all of us out there. Nobody will come and save us. We actually need to learn this stuff ourselves.
