Jim Collins' simple path to wealth changed the way he looked at stocks and shares. I put about a lot of money in a high cost fund of funds just before the market crash, the money vanished and it never returned. The second one was actually a missed opportunity that I didn't take. In my hometown, I spotted a block of flats, a block of apartments that was undervalued. They were all sold to other people even though they were already below market value. So I think like talking to real estate, if you know it's a good deal, don't try and squeeze the last cent out of it. That is the dirty question. It's a quick question. Moving on
