The stock market's recent performance, at least over the over 20 22, has been fairly sign ant decline. A alot of investors are probably pretty spooked. The federal reserve just really has its hands in the overall financial markets. And when they stop printing money, or they kind of taper things down or normal ize, then you see the stock t kind of throw a fit and kind of pull back.

Does a stock market crash affect real estate? We’ve seen home prices hit record growth over the past two years, with a slight slowdown happening right now. But nothing in the real estate market compares to the stock market selloff that has happened over the past six months. Index funds are down over twenty percent year to date, tech companies are quickly losing valuation, and the stock market doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.
