The Influence of Mauricio Carlevilla on Franco
The first chapter is about how Franco and his immediate circle, fellow generals, and so on, were influenced by the ideas that are then dealt with in the next six chapters. And particularly it looks at one, I think, very important issue, which is that after the Second World War, Franco went to enormous trouble to try to persuade the Western world that he was actually a friend to the Jews. It was an absolute lie. Throughout this time, he was publishing articles in a book that was virulently anti-Semitic.
