The Effects of Asmr on the Brain

Asmr synesthesia was written off as just some you know trippy whatever like it wasn't something that people believed actually existed but then once the clinical community caught up to it they realized that oh this is actually something that does happen in our brains. A lot of people have compared it to something like synesthesia which is a phenomenon where experiencing one sense results in experiencing another one. Some wonder whether asmr is just the result of watching bob ross paint his happy trees and stimulating a particular brain region.
