The Glory of the Christian Life
Abba is a term that describes intense intimacy and closeness. It's our closest equivalent in English would be daddy or papa. Paul says to be a Christian is not just to know in your head that God is your father, but it's just so experienced his fatherhood that we cry out,. We feel his love, we sense that closeness.
