In the summer, you said Manchester United were overpaying for Rahim and Koolabali based on their contract situations. Now I would argue they're still overpaying for people. You don't sign eight players in January if you like the squad. They obviously thought it was too old. I think they felt that there's a bit of player power in there that they're due to crush. There's clearly a big clear outcome in which they've tried to start in January, but that's going to gather massive pace in the summer. And it's as simple as that.
