Coaching Coaches: Give Kids a Clean Slate
Rellye luke: It's easy for me to take what another adult, another coaches, said about an athlete and then just form a bunch of assumptions. We got to give kids a clean slate. They deserve it. I believe that players take the shape of the environment you set. So i will never judge a player based on what they've done in your environment. And so i think that's really important.
