Home Sales Drop in December, but Prices Are Up 16 %
Existing home sales dropping in december, but prices sky rocketing from the year before. Higher mortgage rates are going to hit a fordability hard and should cool both sales and prices this year. The one outlier though, is this crazy low supply. It's not going to let prices cool that much. And it's going to push single family rent demand and prices, which are already super hot, even higher.
