132: Embed Friendly Alternative to LiveView?

LiveState
LiveState is designed to solve a different problem in that LiveView whereas I have a page that like it's outside of my control how it's rendered. It will uniquely identify those comments based on the URL which is just from the page itself. Because it's custom element, our designers just style it however they wanted to but if you looked at the rendering of it, there's no styling at all. That whole approach of adding a comment section was one of the first things I did in all the code.
