The Importance of Resistance Training

I had chronic pain all over my body at the age of like 24. I would usually go to a couple yoga classes a week. So yes, I have been weight training since I was in physical therapy school. At some point, people do this and then it ups your cortisol. Like, yes. Well, I just get intense with everything. And I want you to stay on that preventative because I think a lot of people that are new to resistance training getting excited about it leads to overtraining.
