Empowering People on Your Team
I do think that leading people, managing people is a scary thing. I want to empower and i want to enrich their lives. Yes, we want it to be more than a job. But same time, it's a big responsibility. And i do try to infuse that in what you said, loving people too, on your team. It gives them a sense that thiss not just making products, but they're part of the story,. They're part of what we're creating. Oh, i love that.
